Fitness to me is extremely important. And not only for your health, but for your mind. We stupid humans often have self esteem issues, we don’t believe in ourselves. And Fitness has this power of proving it to us by showing us what our body can do, and the lengths it can reach. How can we live our lives with out evolving our bodies and its abilities to its upmost extent! Oh ! And the confidence ! once you start seeing results its almost like an addiction ! a project you create with yourself. You are basically sculpting, Chiseling yourself to your likings. What a beautiful privilege. And lets not forget the long term effects it has on your health. We live in this body, we must maintain it as our home.
